Solve:
Pic of Huey and Louie, missing Dewey. That hints to Dewey Decimal classification system, but he's not in the pic, so looked for another library classification system: the Library of Congress (LC) classification. LCC are also the first letters of Leeds City College.

Google -> Wintersmith is a comic fantasy novel by Terry Pratchett set on the Discworld, but also a historic district located in Ada, Oklahoma. Jones Chapel Schoolhouse was moved here, in 1990.
