You need to use the "Post Reply" button (not the Quick Reply!) for that.

Then you will see the post window that is shown in the first post of this thread.
Type what you want to hide in the spoiler, then highlight it with your mouse, and click on the "?"
A pop-up window should appear where you can enter the title of the spoiler (this will show the "spoiler about title").
If the pop-up window doesn't appear, you might need to allow pop-ups in your browser settings for gamershood.com and www.gamershood.com
