Well, there is a Profile Picture, look at here:
If you would like to have an avatar (pic under your name), you need to choose a much smaller one.
For avatars, these are the criteria:
The maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
To get an avatar, go to User CP, choose "Edit Avatar", and either choose one of the default pictures, or upload one that fits the criteria mentioned above.Comment
