What kind of security warning? It is safe though. I have been having it for a long time. So if you download it I don't think there will be any problem.

@ Dermik: the warning is due to an active X element that must be downloaded also. If you don't want to download smileys you can also use websmileys, e.g.

Of course the quality is not the same but you can just copy the code there and paste it into your post.
