You can use your User Control Panel on the top left of the page and either choose an avatar from there or upload one. I think it must be max. 100x100 pixel.

Go to your User CP (on top left of this page) and choose there "Edit avatar". You can choose there from a variety of avatars or you can even upload an avatar from your pc.

How to get animated icons?

well i see alot of ppl with animated icons and i cant have one so plz tell me how

well when i want an animated yoshi or friend i can get it in a page all by it's self moving then i copy the URL & paste it in the url space in imageshack

eb found it for me and pm'd me the url but i couldn't do it, it said: you are not allowed to upload animated pictures.. or something i don't really remember but then i asked her to do it and it worked

I am not sure when I told you this but I am sure Hollandgirl is talking about her animated avatar and that she was not able to upload it. I am talking about the same thing as Hollandgirl. Are you talking about uploading animated images in threads or uploading an animated image as an avatar?
