Why? That doesn't make any sense... According to my idea, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are correct, cos that leaves 5 statements left to be false... That only #1 is right can't be right
Actually, any of the 5 first can be right, so it's a riddle with multiple options, if you can call it a riddle...
