Yes Jack! It's for cutting the stems off of grapes. The scissors go in the bowl of grapes for people who don't like to pull the grapes off the stems.

Your earlier answer for videogame controller is closer. You could actually use it on some games, although that isn't really its purpose (and would take you hours to do as well)
