That's it Lilli: Cuitlacoche (also called Huitlacoche), I think it's called corn smut in English.
First time I saw these tacos, I wasn't willing to try them, they look kinda gooey and all black-ish, but surprisingly, they are absolutely delicious with cheese and 'carne asada'.
Of course I do! Everytime I find something this delicious, I've just gotta know how to cook it, yes, it's THAT good!!

EDIT: Well guys, it's almost midnight, and I've gotta wake up for school in 5 hours lol.
