Japanese help please!

I want to register with this game site called vvvic.com but don't have a clue how to as it's in Japanese. I tried translating the text and the whole sign-up page but all I get is a mess of words like painful spoon and wandering otter, something tax and all that jazz. Can anyone help please?

Yes, this seems to be the case, I tried it. However I haven't figured out how to register because on the page with the rules for registering (at least it seem to be rules) there is no button to click on. Well, I hope that somebody who speaks the language will be able to help you with it.

Don't know - have you made a virus scan for your whole system and also a scan for the pics?

Does it restart by itself too or just shuts down? Cause it has happened with me too long time back.

i scanned it on 4 different virus scan programs,
it just turns right off and then on right away

Hmmm, an automatic shut down (sometimes followed by a restart) can also be a sign for overheating. Maybe the program you use for your pics is "too much" for your pc. Have you eventually tried another program (if you have any)?

And have you checked the event log (sorry don't know the exact term in english) in the system? Maybe the problem was recorded and you could get some info from there).
