um i went to bed around 12am and woke up at about 3:30pm today
so 15 and 1/2 hours

@Choc....Just eating better, and cutting back on my calorie intake. I want to lose between 15 and 20 pounds. (I assume you use the metric system, and I don't know the conversion. )
