We are in Denmark now and it is cold because of the wind but otherwise very nice.
Going to celebrate the Holidays here and hooray for having internet

We have brought so many food of our own that I have doubts that we need to buy some things here
We have 2 ladies here that love to bake things and they have brought all the stuff they need to bake all the pies and cakes but I will save you some

We had a lot of wind and snow all morning and it was not nice to be outside in the wind.
When the wind finally laid down we went out for a nice long walk and afterwards we had hot chocolate with cake

Talkin' to a friend & was reminded of a funny story:

One time I was showing some houses to a client & the client's friend says "You could grow avocados here!"
I started to politely explain why they wouldn't grow here (soil,climate,elevation 7000 ft/2133m,1000 miles/1600km inland ) & she snapped at me "That's because nobody's ever tried!"

That reminds me of another story.

One day at work it was really quiet and boring so the 3 of us started googling for houses in Sweden. On a certain photo of one of the interior one of my colleagues commented " Hey! That plate rack is from the Ikea! Do they have Ikea there, too?"

Just too funny and kind of cute, too.

This is nice,got a call from an old friend/guitar player ain't seen in years,we had a pretty good band back in the late 90s,he's in town & wants to get together,told him his timing was excellent,I'm havin' a jam session next Sunday here at my house

His name's Tom & back when we played together he was in the National Guard & when he made Major of course we started callin' him Major Tom
