I have seen people do that when they're fired, too. I once asked a manager (at a different job) why they did that. They told me it was so the employee wouldn't do something harmful to the computers/office out of retaliation/vengeance for being fired. But, the person I saw them do that to, I couldn't ever imagine would have done such things. Poor guy they fired at your job. That's indeed humiliating and sad.

Sorry I left in hurry yesterday without saying goodbye. It was sad. He left with a smile at his face. He is too proud (as I've been told) to say what had happened or to saw us that he is sad. With skills like his he is going to find easy a new job
