"We treat hard drives like vaulnerable babies, and the owners are like anxious parents calling in to see how their data are doing".
I think it is a good company so I sent it there

I know the feeling I have a good speed lapotop but a the connection comes and goes (mostly comes when I am not using it )

No, I just want a new hard drive on my computer or it's just a load of junk I cannot use Everything on it is lost unless it can be recovered too. It's such a night mare
