Consider adding two people with stopwatches. One is timing how long he stands on the bridge and stops when he jumps. The other starts timing when he jumps.
If the first ones watch is running then he hasn't jumped yet. Too early
If the second ones watch is running then he already jumped. Too late.

depends how he jumps, if he jumps off 1 foot then he has 1 foot that could still be off the bridge, if he jumps with 2 feet then he isn't on the bridge

lol i meant well we are taught since we were young by someone pointing at something and sayign what color it is so if you are told teh name of a color that is what your going to call it so what everyone calls green may not be green to everyone
