Aha! Well then I guess we are both forgetful people
At least you caught me here at the right time I don't really play very many games anymore I'm actually just checking in before I get ready for work
Yes... maybe is a family thing. An aunt knows her vampire nephew and all a' that
Whadda ya mean work? Oh, I know.... lemme guess. Is at the hospital. You do blood transfusion stuff... right?
Me is on a game...I am currently playing with a cow and a bird
Must be because I swear.... Oh I forget...
Eeeep no! The sight of blood scares me I'd be too afraid to go near it
Sounds mismatched... Which one is winning? The bird or the cow?
Ah... the old forget-me-not swear jar that us with walkers have a tendency to forget, lol
It was an invention by a surgeon I used to know. He would call anything and everything liquid in the human body "the splash"
Yeah, poor tomatoes dunno what they is in for when my nephew is around *Feels very proud *
Well, the bird is not leaving no present butaaa... I think there is some swattin' involved
Maybe that's why there is a lack of carrots in this jar! !
Well I think it's an awesome slang, and it sounds so much more fun and appealing!
Oh yes I make a mean salad! They better run! (Or start growing in an opposite direction! )
That'll show the cow! So long as the cow doesn't become frightened and leave presents by accident!
Anyways gotta go for now! I hope we forgetfully bump into each other soon again
and its a sad circle too. This place is still great to be around, but this forum isnt the only one which hasnt been getting much activity. Where i've been, like Eddsworld, some of the forums there hardly have any people online or theres hardly any posts. Because theres places like Myspace, MSN, Facebook, Twitter and all that, it seems forums are... well, gonna be very slow and quiet.
Yes, I too noticed it's not just this forums, but it happens on a lot of forums. Although I am not a fervent user of Myspace, MSN, Facebook, I believe they cannot offer what a forum can, so I am not worried forums will die. I think it's just a matter of time things will live up again. The internet and its usage has changed for sure, and I consider this as a transition period. I have no idea what the result will be, but I am not pessimistic.
Like Hitman already said, many of the regular members here are on facebook, and probably chatting there. And then you have of course MSN, which used to chat but also to discuss games. And I have the feeling that a lot of gamers are checking EG24 for hints when they get stuck, instead of posting here for help. The latter isn't that odd if you consider that games are not so much discussed in the threads here as it used to be. It's a viscous circle.
Well, it's not quite like that. There isn't that much contact between Gamershooders on Facebook. And I'm not sure how it goes on MSN as I'm no longer an avid MSN user, as I used to be. I meant the social side of the GH, and not so much the gaming side.. Altho personally I rarely ever ask for help on a game (), when I get stuck I simply browse through the forums looking for hints for the part of the game I'm in, and if nothing shows up, I give up on the game.
