rannei - !!!!!!!!!!!!!! well sopapillas are really basically fried pumpkin and dough... but everyone has there own twist on it... the best kind is the pumpkin one and empanadas is a pastry filled with stuff... its really really good the normal kind is just cheese but the meat filled kind has like, grapes and olives and onions.. its so good even though it doesnt sound good
