I just remembered a friend left a computer in my closet that he mentioned was loaded with extra RAM. Might be time to switch out just for the sake of playing this one. All these posts make me hungrier to play it.

@Toma--They're in various towns. Check in the farms, the sleeping village, dark village, and dwarvin town.

Hansel & Gretel Cookie - Is it the candy shop of all the towns? Need detailed walkthrough for this part.

What do you need from the candy shop? From what I remember,

raisins are in the farms, sugar is in the Dwarven land, and the wheat is in the Sleeping Village. There's one more in the Dark village, but I don't remember what it was. Then, take it all to the Halloween town to get the cookie.

I'm having a similar problem to toma. I've looked over I think every square inch of the fields in the farm area for the raisin and am starting to suspect a bug?
That's it, a bug ate my raisin!
I did find a "Wither Currant" but that doesn't seem to be another name for a raisin.
Anyone?

I have activated the hansel and gretel quest. But when the darkville candy shop owner says "I sell sweets. What do you need?" Alan says "Nothing, thanks."

Why is that so?

Hi all first time ... anyway I must be missing something. i cant find the sleeping world. when i head east as directed I find no way through the mountains. when I go SE over the bridge I find a way through, but encounter lvl 18-24 beast that my party has NO chance in defeting (everyone in the party is lvl 12). please tell me what im missing.

@Owenkoh--I'm sorry, I don't recall having that problem or what exactly I needed from that town. You've given me an excuse to replay.

@Nebiros--what are you looking for? The apple? If so,

Find the Dwarven village and go south from there.

It's very easy to escape fights--that's what I did when the baddies were too much for me.

I have not been able to flee all escapes fail no matter how many times i press the button.

You have to click and hold. Once you've got that down, then you should be able to explore more and find the Princess.

I cannot get the recipe for the cookie. The witch tells me to get it from the wicked witches but I cannot find them. I've been wandering around for 2 days; any hints?
