Anyone found out what to do with the zapper?

On level 1, I removed the 4 items, then it says to zap the item? *(when then kills him)
EDIT: Level 1 is hard. can get inside the body but everythign goes wrong then.

How do I get into his body on level 1.I can get the bulbs out but I can't do anything with the wires.

How to get into body on level 1

First, zap the wires to see the bulbs.

Then take the knife and click in the middle of one of the glowing spots. The bulb will emerge. Cut it out with the knife and extract it. tape, staple and heal. Repeat.

A yellow dotted line appears. Cut it to enter the body.

Once inside, use the knife along yellow dotted lines to cut the wires. use the extension claw-thingy to remove wires. Then use the pixie dust to soothe the burn spots. If there's any fire, use the leaf blower to squirt blood on it. Remove glass etc. with claw, etc. etc. Use blower to remove glass/ ice fragments.

Once back outside the body, you can extract the cord.

To kill the scorpions,

use the weed-whacker.

Getting Heart Rate Back Up

How do I use the drill to get the heart rate back up? I use it, follow the little box around the circle, and as soon as it makes a complete go around, it hurts him and he usually dies. What else do you have to do?
