Never mind. Got the first bit but once inside and I fix the 3 cuts, I can see dotted lines by the left kidney but how do I get to them?

cut out that organ and remove the pieces? the tray is still sitting there, but I don't knwo what else to remove

okay, I see from above posts that you use the bone saw on the bugs, but are you sure? I can't seem to get them. I know I accidently got one when I was burning the ice when I was first melting. I can't seem to catch them, is there are particular way to do it?

well, I guess no one's around right now...if anyone can give me a tip, that would be great - send me a private message. I'm getting nowhere with this right now!!

On Level 3, I've killed all the scorpion things, taken the shards out of the heart, taped, burnt and healed the big wounds in the heart, sucked all the blood away, can't see anything else wrong with the heart but it still leaves me at the same screen. Am I missing something?

Argh!!! Still can't figure out where to probe the reindeer, it keeps saying inaccurate when I try and insert in by it's tail???
