i've found that opening the solicitors log-in in another window makes it work. so you right-click at log in and say open in another window. Then when it does open in another window you should be able to log-in from there.

After picking up and reading all the pieces of paper on the detectives desk, go on his computer and click on the option there. Type in 'tulkinghorn' in the msn toolbar like it says. After visiting the webpage click on the office door to go to the 'kitty manor'.

You don't need a password for the S.K.I.N website. Just look at the S.K.I.N homepage again after the password box has been brought up and a red box should have appeared. Click on it and a new page will appear. This will automatically be put into your inventory as long as you have 'looked' at it through the detectives computer.
