You should get to the game when you use "Start" -> All programs.
The game should be among your software.
Did you click "Run" or "Save" when you downloaded it? "Run" would install it automatically.

Hmmm, are you using a Chinese Windows version?
If so, from the error messages this might have to do with the problem. Maybe there is some conflict with a plugin that I've used (for displaying the options like "look"/"talk"/"take" when you click on a hotspot).
I'm trying to figure out what can be done, I've posted in the forum of the software that I've used to make the game if anyone can help
