but there is no hotspot on the box anymore and I don't know what to do next...I *think* I have done and found everything I need to so far.

Hmmm... could it be that any of the

jars is open or moved, so that you're not on the screen with the hotspot on the box?

Nope..

all jars are closed and as far as I know, in the correct place..the blue jar hotspot has disappeared too, so I can't even click that to check.

Well, the blue jar is not supposed to work after you have what you need from there. I have no better solution than to ask you to replay. I know it works because the game has been finished by so many.
