A good place to look for nails is at the mousehole and in view of the sink.

3. On top-most shelf on the right.

4. On the floor in front of the washing machine.
5. On box next to green boots.
6. To the right of the mouse hole (zoom in).
7. On top of the washing machine (click on the sink first).
8. Next to the green boots (click on boots first).

ok im stuck now , managed to do everything on my own so far, but now cant seem to anything. i think someone said on the last page you need wood to make a ladder? ive got 8 nails and the hammer, got the rope caught up in the cogs, now unsure?
