A little nudge PLEASE !!

At a point now where I have found the most ODD octopus thing, no coffee, saw two slots on ceiling, and have NO clue as to the 12 sided puzzle under the table. I have scissors, a strange black chip, and a blue key. I put CD in and have computer on (screen says "OK", or something), but nothing happens when I click it. Assuming it has something to do with black chip.

Yes... very early on. But I imagine printing something is going to involve getting the computer to work... unless you know otherwise !!

I TRACED the code of mystery from my screen, but it doesn't line up with the board on the wall !! Argggg....
