I hope you have managed to get further than me Hatty!
I have only found

a white ball thing and combined it with a face

and

a red key but can't find where to use it

white... thing, yellow ball w/ face, note and key. Key isn't working in the door though. I also saw something under a chair that i cannot take - yet!

Yeah, only got the face / body, red key & the note it came with, also seen the thing under the chair.

Keep wondering why we can open the cake cabinet as well....

Made some progress

when stood behind cake counter, click the little arrow left (it's quite faint) keep going left to last cake part, then open door & click the big cake on bottom

plugged the snowman thing into the register? I think we need a code for it but can't find anything like that around

Found code! The letters only spell out so many words! Oh and then look at the sign to the right of the register
