Missing the same item as Nanajoy. And can't pick up the paper either - maybe thats the last item? Never used the cane - i got the 2nd battery from the sofa without it.

As I already pointed out in one of my previous posts, cane/walking stick is used to

reach the letter behind the bookcase. Make sure that you tilt the picture frame on the wall beforehand so the envelope can drop to the ground.

Do you need to open the letter?
