You have to drag a part of the wall above the toilet to open a hole with a key.
You have to drag a bar in the left edge of the room on the wall.
And you have to click small spot in front of glass of tooth brushes to open chest.

Yes, same problem here since 20 minutes...
Also opened the hole on wall in other part of the room as it was posted, but there was only a poster and nothing to click on it.
