The wooden thing from the painting is a key. if you click a bit on it you'll see it.

got seed, lid from apples, the thing to cut it off with, a cd, coloured dots code, picture, long thing,pena nd tape now
but stuck again

For red apple:

go to fireplace and zoom in....click on red apple and light it in fireplace...zoom in on apple (click ?) and hold the paper with the colored dots above it to get another clue
