i got the 4 balls but i dont see any clues for how to turn the tv on

OK, I've painted a picture. I never knew I was so talented.

used all three keys and got 4 coloured balls. Still don't know what to do with them or the TV. I've also found 4 beans

EDIT: turned on the TV

Look at the shelves then the panel at the base of the TV

I got the code and got to eat soy beans with "solt"

connect the letters that make up the colours. This will give numbers. The sequence is somewhere else in the room

sorry for my english,but

if you pick the green,for example,so you need to "highlight" only the laters that are in the word "green"(g-r-e-n)

Maybe I need to explain it better.

Remove all the letters that are not in the name of the colour. For example, When you insert the red ball, just look at the letters R, E and D. This gives the following;

D-E
E-D
ERR
--R
--D

Now if you draw a line through the letters, you get a number.

If you look at the above you should be able to see the number 4 as it would appear on a seven segment display
