Very easy:

Click the wall socket,
click the blue button on the wall,
get the key,
open the safe on the bookshelf,
get the screwdrivers,
click the blue/red item on the floor (bomb?)
click the wall socket,
get the key,
open the door,
exit.

ok, if you say it's so easy, why does the bomb blow up when i click the wall socket the second time?

just hit tab and click something, okay, it's easy to get blown up, i got that two times, but still, it's easy to figure out yourself

I tried several times, if you are quick enough (click on every second) it should work. It could also be that it depends on where of the bomb you click (if you fail to deactivate it).... Just a guess.

Oh got it I think! The second time you have to click the top part of the wall socket (not the wire) - I'm just checking it but you should try.
