dr hakemup lol whats supposed to happen when you unlock the filing cabinet cause i still cant open it

you need to enlarge the pin, go back into inventory for the nippers and alter the pin. Then it will open the file cabinet

I must be clumsy with the scraper or just blind. I cannot get any tape.

I can't find the scraper, and I'm missing one of the blocks (I have A, C, C, I, K). Any help?

it's in the files on top of the filing cabinet. I think you have to solve the eye chart puzzle first though in order to get it.
