I just clicked the hold and next buttons until I got clear whole numbers.. So I can't really help there.

You have to get numbers 0-9 there. And the clue for it is on the cell phone, in case somebody's wondering.

Ok, I tried the fire place code again.

I got it by clicking only the leftmost button and the rightmost button. First I clicked RLRL... to fill the upper row 12345 (I think) and then I just continued so that I clicked the left one a couple of times so that it gave me a new number I didn't have in the upper row.

I don't know if that's of any help for anybody or if it was sheer luck for me again...

I got it!!

click RLRL.. until you get 5 numbers in a row (1-5, 3-7...) to the upper row, and then only click the right button until you get the lower row righ!!

Having problems programming remote...

You have to

hold the set button for 3 seconds. It should beep when you release it, and then it's ok to put the code.

But it took a couple of attempts for me, and apparently for a couple of others as well.

Thanks! I did finally get it to work. But I play with no volume. I now need to reset it for the panel so I will turn up volume first and see if that helps!! Thanks again!

Worked! got panel opened! Hearing the beeps helped.

The left button rotates the numbers in a loop clockwise, the right button causes the bottom row numbers to go up by one. The "123" button puts the numbers in order.
