How do I input the document?

you should do EVERYTHING that you can possibly do in the room...don't skip any steps. X...the reason why you just see lines on the paper is because you didn't do all of the steps. You have to do the computer puzzles before you can see the chinese symbols on the paper...the won't be lines once you've done that.you have to get the computer to scan the file.
Then:
1.) Unlock bomb, open it.
2.) Unscrew screws: northwest, southeast, northeast, southwest
3.) Open black box.
4.) Click switch above green wire.
5.) Clip orange wire.
6.) Clip yellow wire.
7.) You said you scanned you documents portfolio; if you looked at page 4 in your document in the dark AFTER scanning the portfolio, the bar code will have changed into 4 Japanese characters--If the first one looks like this:

|_|_|_|

then it means blood (red), so you'll ignore the green and white wires completely, and clip the red wire, beneath the key somewhere. If that wasn't the character you got, then simply clip the blue wire.
8.) Bomb fails to detonate. Nab key, escape.
...Oh, and of course, WAIT FOR THE RED LIGHT TO TURN GREEN BEFORE DOING ANYTHING! ANYTHING DONE TO THE BOMB MUST BE DONE WHEN THE LIGHT IS GREEN, OR ELSE YOU WILL DIE.

make sure you read the encrypted message.
I blew myself up a couple of times until I realized that it had changed.
And the colour of the wires changed!!!!

I found a mug and a remote but have only one battery

YES! I finally detonated the bomb, got the key, and escaped.
If you want to know how, here a small tip on what to do:

Before you open the briefcase, go to the computer but be sure you're on Level 2, click on the envelop, scan it front of the computer, then look at the fourth page again. The symbols will change. Now you can start detonating the bomb.

I have done five times and always the bomb exploted. I?ve played the English version and the Japanese. I?ve scaned the peace of paper pushing the webcam. HELP! I don?t know which cable I should cut!!! I know the code changes, sometimes start with north, others with south....HELP!!! I ONLY SEE A RED AND A BLUE CABLE, NO GREEN OR YELLOW

here's a walktrough:

Look into plant to get battery

Click on apple and about item, eat the apple to get seed

Look up the top right of the shelf to get the pliers

Use pliers to open the box in desk

Click once to get pot from the box, click second time to get wire

Click to the left side of the sofa to get controller, click the lower of the tray to get coffee mug

Click bottom of sofa to get briefcase

Below a computer table there is a electric outlet

Click about item on pot and plant the seed

Use the mug and fill water from aquarium, water the pot

Bend the wire

Use bended wire on the box

Use screwdriver on clock

Get second battery from the clock on the floor

Charge the battery charger under computer desk

Use charged battery on controller

Set the controller to 30 wait until the plant sprout then make the temperature to 18 to grow fruit

Get key from the fruit

Use key on the briefcase

After get key from plant then take off a battery and put it back to clock

Clock now shows 6:55:10 (white on 6 and 11, red on 2) go to computer, turn on
turn the 6 and 11 white, and the 2 red

To encode the document, click on file and click on webcam

Turn off the light and read the encoded document!

To defuse the bomb, remove all the screws. Quickily go for the top left screw. wait til greenlight then bottom right screw,wait. top right screw,wait then bottom left screw. Waiting for green light, click on switch with green wire but do not cut it. Then cut orange wire. Then when safe cut yellow one. Finally depending on what clue you have from p4, you should cut blue or red wire. When last wire is cut, grab the key from the slot and face door to use it.

when ever i tryed 2 unscrew the screws on the brief case the damn thing frickin explodes.WHAT THE HELL!!!!!
