got ring on handle but need a lever I suppose. Bar from window would be nice but can't get

Not sure how you combined those items... I've tried everything.

put chain on table
hit chain with rock (found under table) to get hoop
put handle (from skelly) on door
hoop on door
bar in hoop

Now a weird code to solve

Nope. The 4 buttons I guess are the 4 missing spots in the scroll. I don't see a pattern.
