there is a flashlight hanging on the left side of the bookshelf.

one panel is under a book, one under the red bottle and one behind the skull box.

a key and there's only one key hole and the key doesn't fit!

I don't see a clue for the panel box. Haven't opened skull box. And can't figure out what to do with blacklight. Seems it should work in basement but doesn't. Gotta take a break. Will be back for a hint if anyone has one.

Keep messing around with the blacklight in the basement. It worked for me eventually. Did you try turning the light back on and off? Tha's where you will get the clue for the panel box

skull box:

look up the chemical elements from the bookshelf on a periodic table, enter the numbers in the order shown by the skull's teeth.

panel box:

switch off the light in the basement, attach the filter to your flashlight and use it on the basement wall to find symbols. Make sure you've switched on the flashlight.
