For the code take the dashes from the paper and put the spots from the can between the lines, in my case the code was 2563.

Unfortunately, we can't help as the code appears to change in each game. Mine was 6582.

I can't figure out what to do with the box with symbols

I tried

standing facing the front wall so that the arrows line up with where the symbols are

but that doesn't seem to work
