You have to put it over, You put the wooden piece then "flip it" and srew it

don't worry about your english sivas, it's just fine

only problem is, although I can flip the piece, when I try to use the screws or screwdriver on it, it just flips back over.


ETA: Aha! Nm, I got it right after I typed that. I didn't realize I neded to flip the whole thing after putting the piece on it. Yeesh, and my dad lets me do all the DIY in the house. Maybe he should rethink that

this was actually hard for me as it was a math thing! The earlier posts did help a lot - so thanks guys.

the workingout was the hard part so bear with me:

as already listed:
red is 1
white is 2
green is 3
black is 5 and gold is 9

now if gold and white are 9+2 then you have to work out what balls will make this value.

In addition, a little weighing to work out what colour goes with the green was fun as a game in it's own right and took me back soooooo far into my history!!

any hooo, once you have worked out the last one, it does somehow fit into place

for those who really are struggling: green, green and black for the last one - once this is done, the rest do fall into place (plus there are only so many balls left at this point)
