hi there,

have you tried putting the pin in the cd player under the (E) (tab key will help find the spot if you are really stuck) you will need to do this several times and a key will drop into the bucket. this key will need to be used in the small place that is behind the poster, you may find it a question of hit and miss with the right spot, but it is there.

I have to go now - hope this will get you back on track.
