Just a thought, for anyone who can get the slider in a layout that mimics the note....

If the heart on the note is significant, then should this be where you use the syringe?

All these posts, and still no solution to the slider.
I try to make it like this:

Lambda, 1, sigma
omega, 2, peace
"cross", 3, blank

But I can't get them in the right order.
Anyone tried this combination?

still nothing?this game driving me crrrrrrazy......I try everything...with syringe and with door slider......somebody call peter tarasov and say to him that he have to pay my psychiatrist....

OMG I have gone through each and every solution suggested on here and read all the 115, i think im going to either break my computer or loose my head!!!! Someone needs to get i touch with the creator of this game!!!

it seems to me like this one is an insolvable puzzle.. i've tried in different ways, but you always get stuck at the last 3 (and usualy the last ones solve by themselves)

Mate !!! These slider puzzels are so hard..... Any luck with the way it goes anyone? Is there a walk through link? Im going to have a look as the puzzel stressing me out and whats the hell is the needle for?

I have found a few references to 3x3 slider puzzels and apparently the 'classic' game puts the briks around the outside with the blank in the middle

[1][2][3]
[8][x][4]
[7][6][5]

I have tried this but cannot get the last 2 tiles the correct way round (Just like obstacle and a few others in here I reckon).

I'm guessing that the heart would go in the center,
then you use the syringe.

The other possibility is that this room is completely unsolvable, hence why there's the pushy message on the wall daring us to try and finish..

If that is the case, does it get 1 point for being non-escapeable, or 10 for keeping us guessing sooooooooooo long????

WOW no one has STILL not figured it out??? I am AMAZED! I thought for SURE that I could come back a day later and find the solution! Obviously I can't get it either. I can usually solve slider puzzles, but I don't understand the codes from the paper.

did you guys realise that you actually cannot use the syringe on the slider-thing? I mean, if you drag it on there, the syringe "disappears" behind the puzzle
