Lol...finished the game by randomly using stuff. Quite easy actually. Japanese not really needed, but will make it easier to find RGB combination. If you read the texts carefully, you'll get the answers.
Walkthrough:
1) Pick up the ash tray.
2) Clear the ash tray by clicking then dragging the tray over the bin.
3) Smash open the padlock to the left of the door.
4) Pick up the tray of towels.
5) Use the towels on the white box with squiggly lines at the back of the room.
6) Open the white box to get a flashlight.
7) Open the cabinet next to the suitcases and use the flashlight to get a box. Open it by clicking on it then clicking again when it enlarges to get a hinge.
8) Open the suitcase and take the water bottle and PDA look-alike(actually contains a hairpin)
9) Empty the water bottle the same way you open the box, then click on it again.
10) Use the bottle on the water dispenser, but it won't fill up just yet.
11) Click on the TV.
12) Open the hairpin container and use the hairpin on the TV.
13) Click on the TV. The text below translates to: "Red 192 ,Green 168, Blue 100."
14) Use that combination on the box below the white box.(Below the banner)
15) A statue will appear. Remove the hinge from the statue the same way as you did with the box earlier.
16) Open the cupboard and place the hinges at each side of the drawer. Open it to get a funnel.
17) Place the funnel on the empty bottle and it will fill the bottle up.
18) Open the sliding door on the left to the back. Use the bottle of water on the door.
19) Find a plate of paper(?) from the table and use it on the kitten behind the sliding door to get a key.
20) Use the key on the safe below the TV and you're done.
