Pay attention to the wall with the dresser on it. The tape is already on the wall. Just stick the paper to the area with the tape.

Well, follow the clue given by perhonen about the clock. I had done it already, but hadn't realized it affected it.

For the flower code:

Once you light the candle, shut off the light, and copy down the shapes that appear behind the candle on the wall. Then, turn the light on, and make the shapes appear on the flowers on the wall - in that order that you just saw behind the candle. Then, turn the light back off to reveal your code.

And I am still stuck with the code. I combined the first code I got with the one from the flowers but that didn't worked either.
