So far, I only got "scissors" and an "object (fragment)"

Yeah me too, and i found 2 bit's of paper with the = to the orange and blue circles but nothing to do with them???

Found a code, and a pencil

take the 3rd drawer out

in the silver table front left leg, top hole bit (not described well, I know but i'm poorly!)

right I have everything you have but no idea what to do next?? and what's with the post box??

For the code paper one more step:

turn it around and use object fragment on the hole on it

Then:

Use pencil on it, then scissors

Then:

Use it on "post box"

Did you figure out where to use tape?

Yeah, to go with using the scissors.... but what order now?? got orange light on!! that's it so far!

orange and blue but couldn't tell you how... just red to go now... i think my attempt will just be trial and error so please nobody ask me how... my head doesn't work well enough today!!
