First you have to click the key behind the cabinet (which you can't reach yet) to make the cable clickable. Click the cable around the corner and now you will be able to take a closer look at the fuse box.

On the plant of course, you need to do some pixel hunting, and cut it off

ookaii ty but i still dont get how to cut it off! i had the grippers but it didnt work!!

i finshed it with out findin the leaf but ty anyway!

The leaf was somewhere on the left of the plant. You didn't need to cut it of with anything, only click on it. Once you put your mouse cursor on the correct leaf the cursor will transform into a hand.

But yes, you don't need the leaf to finish the game. The same counts for the paper ball.
