I'm stuck trying to fish. Where exactly do you GO fishing at?

I went where the map says to go........... um when you get where I am please help me I am stuck!

attach string to hook, click rod on bottom and then attach string there

white thing is bottle lid, put on bottle, throw back in water, retrieve it at other side of bridge, turn it over, use tweezers to get photo and go fishing again after removing the yellow float thing this time. get boot, tip up, get key, you are out

Face the bookcase, then turn left. Click to the right of the bridge. You'll see the number on the floor. Look at the water right against the wall. Start clicking right in that corner. It'll take a sec but you'll end up picking up the hook.

Edit: Sorry it was a little too late, but I'll leave it here in case anyone else has trouble.

LOL - I thought the bobber was a dart. My bobbers have always been white and red.
It just looks like an L - hard to tell if I have right fighing hole or if I have something.
20 minutes of fishing - evidently in the wrong places - is long enough.
