If you turn the car and stop it looking at the truck/rear then click on the licence?number plate it will giv you a code enter this on the box located on the bookshelve and youll get a gem place this gem on the statue

use the magnifying glass on the two symbols you got off the turtle's back. for the gem there are two statues by the doors if you click on them they will raise up. put the gem in the statue that is missing it.

the fifth item i think is the pencil, wich comes from the round thing on the floor by the bookcase with the flashing lights. you have to mess around with the lights and click the center until something raises out of it, keep clicking the center after EVERYTHING you try. then you use that to sign the green book and then use the fire hydrant on the floor. then you should be able to use the spoon on the food side of the dog dish. i don't know how to do the ratio thing because i clicked the food side once and it worked.
