I'm still stuck... I solved this colour riddle and found the painting but still can't find the paint.

I mean the order of the colors from the lighthouse.Then push the colors in the panel to the same order and it will open the shelf under it where the blue paint is

Laptop needs power to work, plug it in the extension cord upstairs.
