You will get a key for the drawer in the kitchen with several dirty forks.
You have to have the cupboard open, to get a clean one from the drawer.

From the locked drawer with numbers on it.. to get the combination, you need to

give the bone you get from the closet (using the fire poker) to the dog that shows up at your door

However, before you can use it, you need to

get the silver polish from the left cabinet in the kitchen and use it on the knife
