go to the screen where mouse is looking up, look on the floor...

Look on the floor directly under the mouse underneath the cabinet that had rolled over for the battery

Walkthrough:

go right, click on pillow w/ cards and click on red cards till karuta card #1 is collected

click on bottom right of pillow to get pink key

get hagoita (padal w/mouse picture) on right

click on the dot of the japanese character on bottom of scroll

go right and get two tops on shelves

use pink key on cabinet w/pink keyhole get scissors

get black keykey under bottom right of stand and use key on cabinet w/black keyhole to get remote control

go right and click on tile with handle under leftside of table and press button

use scissors to get yellow key off chandalier

look under table w/ champagne and get karuta card #2

go right and get hane (ball/w feathers that mouse was holding) under dresser examine and click on it till you get paper w/ numbers

go right and use controler on right window, windows will slide open

zoom in on picture then click on upper left side of window. get red lips

go back to picture and put lips and eyebrows on picture

click on picture one more time to open secret door, then click on top of the door to get second half of numbers on paper

go back then right and use yellow key on cabinet w/ yellow keyhole and enter code from both peices of paper into calculator and press enter

go back and put tops on bottom keyholes on the left and right then open center cabinet and press button

get karuta card #3, then click on top left of screen and use hagoita to get karuta card #4

go back and look at screen with projectors shining on it. match each character to the characters on karuta cards. this will tell you which color each circle quarter will be (remember cabinet where the mouse droped the ball?)

now go back and right twice, you will have the cabinet with circle split in quarters. click on each quarter until color combination matches the one found on stand

right to left top to botom…. white, blue, pink, green

go into secret room and enter each card into matching slot respectively

remember the button guarded by lasers behind the picture. now lasers are off.

go back twice and open cabinet with the circle. get silver mouse

go right twice and get battery under cabinet

inspect mouse and click on bottom. open door on bottom of mouse and place battery inside then close door

go left once and zoom in on picture on wall. click on it to open and place mouse on shelf. then click mouse tail to activate mouse

click back once. then click on door that just appeared and your out!

I don't see a

anywhere. It disappeared.

And I don't understand the

tops and the code. I have both parts of the code but I don't know what to do with it. I clicked around the top right cupboard on the screen with the six cupboard (boxes) and red plant and mouse decoration on the wall, but nothing has happened. I must be missing something...

Edit- Nevermind. I figured it all out... I WAS missing something.

Very nice! took two turns around the room to find

battery

and then scratched my head for a bit trying to remember where I needed to use it. LOL .. some very interesting puzzles!

I don't understand the ending part with the mouse...No moatter where I click on the mouse, nothing happens. And I can't put the battery anywhere.
