Im playing at the moment, really good graphics
So far I've done

Motion
-Used Petrol, Spanner, Pole (Fuse) and Gear to get the man Walking on Treadmill
-Got an Eye (circle thing) out of that.
Transport
-Found Mobile phone in Train
Contained
Used Number on wall

ok u can use the cirle thing on the box in the portal also the note has hidden numbers on it (number for fone mayb?)

the box which is connected to the round screen thingy the one next to
if u clik on the door knob in the room with the robot ,a guy with a tv for a head appears upon exiting the room

Done more

Use the Eye on the door (or machine) in motion, and it will glow Red
Place that in the wooden body Eye spot and the door will open to 'Knowledge'
Inside, you can get a Candle.
Go to the church and place it in the empty candle spot on the left.
Then after they all lit, place the crucifix in the glowing spot

Still can't figure out the number though

Lana: The crucifix is:

Use white card, on loose brick in jail to get screwdriver
Use screwdriver on Radio

I thought I saw something

in the right painting

when I first went in there but it vanished and now I can't do anything in that room.

I can't get into that room, but I did get into

connection, and got a brain from there which i placed in the box with the "outline" of a brain

I cannot get the eye turn to red as WingedVivi said...
