I'm done this game now..if anyone needs a hint or two..

you have to play the game a couple of times..the cat keeps distracting you..every time the cat distracts you, you have to use someting in your inventory to distract him. I beleive it was the second time I distracted him that I saw him next to shelf near game.

let me know if u need something else..

I'm still in. I read the whole thread and think, I did it alright. I got atleast a red key, put it in, the (Schloك in english???) disappears but the door ist still closed.

I needed to translate the writing on the floor. It reads (more or less):

(Hint of number of box) as for 1 day, no. of minutes?

EDIT: I just found...I guess it's a can opener of some kind, but nothing to use it on.

EDIT: Ooh, I just needed to play the video game some more. The cause of, and solution to, all life's problems! And I'm out.
